Kofy is also an Executive Director at L’AINE Services Limited, Ghana’s leading HR consulting firm and the Founder of HR Focus Africa Magazine. As an Engineer turned Management Consultant; Kofy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA, Distinction) from the Royal Holloway, University of London (RHUL). As the CPO, Kofy uses his wealth of experience and passion for developing talent to maintain a highly engaged and high- performing workforce for EchoHouse.
